Likyra app — Terms of Use & Community Rules

These terms (also our end-user licence agreement) apply when you use the Likyra app. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use the app on an Apple device, Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

1. Who can use Likyra

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age where you live) and able to agree to these terms. Professional accounts must represent a real person or business.

2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

There is no tolerance on Likyra for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You must not post, send or share:

• hate speech, slurs or attacks on people because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar;
• threats, harassment, bullying, or encouragement of self-harm or suicide;
• nudity, sexual content or sexual solicitation, and never any content that sexualises minors;
• violence, terrorism or extremist propaganda, or illegal goods and services;
• scams, spam, impersonation, or other people's private information;
• content you do not have the rights to share.

We filter banned words automatically, and every user can report a post, comment, story, message or account and block anyone. Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours, removes content that breaks these rules and suspends the accounts responsible. Content reported by several people is hidden automatically until it is reviewed. Serious cases (for example child sexual abuse material) are reported to the authorities.

3. Your content

You own what you post. You give Likyra a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, show, translate and distribute it inside the app so the service can work. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law.

4. Promoted posts

You can pay to promote your own posts on likyra.com. Promoted posts are shown higher in the For You feed for the period you bought, with a "Sponsored" label, and must follow these rules. We may stop a promotion that breaks them; if we stop one without a rule being broken, we refund the unused part. Payments are processed by Stripe.

5. The app is free

Using Likyra is free. We may change or stop features, and we may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is". Content comes from users and does not represent Likyra's views. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for content posted by others. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings or on our delete account page.
